I bought an expensive restored 1960s Grundig Weltklang 3012 car radio on eBay Germany. When I installed the radio, no sound came out of the speakers. It would have cost $100 to mail the radio back to Germany for repairs and have it sent back, and even then, the seller did not seem interested in repairing it, but rather, wanted to substitute a less expensive radio, and I would still have had to pay for shipping. I contacted many different vintage radio repair shops in the USA. Even the ones that restored vintage German car radios would not touch it, and the shops that repaired Grundig radios would not touch it because it was a car radio. It seemed that no one in the USA was willing to take a look at it. I even visited many different vintage electronics repair shops in Phoenix like Dyna-Tronics, and no one was willing to look at it, but several of the shops recommended Jeff's Professional Audio. I brought the radio by, and they repaired it the next day for $80. I was amazed that not only was this shop willing to look at it, but they actually repaired it! And in short time!

Had a great experience there. Took my PPI amps to them after PPI told me they wouldn't help me. Not only did they service my 15 year old amps, but they are amazing in the time frame. 2 days and they are very honest for price. I brought a few other electronics there, busted screen for home receiver and an old pioneer double din deck when needed some repairs. I know we can go buy new stuff, but these items were top back in the day so I am happy they could make them work again. Have used repeatedly and will use in the future.

I took my 2006 Lexus to this shop because the CD player was not playing, wouldn't eject disks and made screeching noises. They removed the radio/CD player and told me that it would take 2-3 days to get me an idea what was wrong along with an estimate.

Within 5 business hours, they called and told me what was wrong, what the cost would be to repair and when it would be done. Within 6 business hours they had my CD player fixed and ready to go back into my Lexus.

I left their shop (after they removed the unit) in the middle of Tuesday afternoon and had them reinstall the repaired unit just before they closed on Wednesday afternoon.

In my case, these guys delivered way more than what they promised me and the CD player seems to be working fine. I would use them again for car stereo repairs.

While the appearance of this repair shop is not too impressive, what you will find inside will impress you. We have had several occasions to use this repair shop for our audio equipment. They have been extremely good about diagnosing and fixing the problem. They are quick and reasonably priced.
